If I was not satisfied with my session, am I entitled to a full refund?
No. At the end of your session, payment is expected to be processed. If you are unsatisfied with the services MCS has rendered, you have the right to either
a) Terminate services, at any given time.
b) Make a request from MCS to provide you with a list of other therapists based on your preferences.
c) Contact your Primary Care Physician and ask for a referral with a therapist at your local clinic/hospital.
